RS90 Troubleshooting

Confirm RS90 is in pairing mode, charged, and near the Haptique OS instance. Check that both devices are on the required network.

Check the button mapping, assigned room, target device, and whether the target device is online.

Confirm the RS90 is assigned to the correct room or active media zone.

Reconnect RS90 and confirm Haptique OS shows it as connected. Test the same action from the mobile app to isolate whether the issue is RS90 or the device integration.
