Good support requests include enough context to reproduce or diagnose the issue.
Include
Section titled “Include”- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- The app or surface used: desktop, mobile, RS90, HomeKit, AI chat, or menu bar.
- Device or room affected.
- Approximate time of issue.
- Relevant logs or screenshots.
